Product description

Decorative compact laminate in accordance with DIN EN 438-4 for a wide range of applications, including wall cladding and doors.

Instructions for use

With RESOPAL® Compact, you can realise the most demanding ideas for high-quality interior design. Whether in the living area, shop fitting, educational facilities, offices, hospitals or hotels: with RESOPAL you now have even more possibilities to realise your projects. We offer you new products, extended collections and an even greater variety to realise room solutions in decor composite. RESOPAL products are impact-, scratch- and abrasion-resistant, heat- and light resistant and durable. They are also stain-resistant, easy to clean and disinfect. In addition, the products are water-, solvent- and largely chemical-resistant as well as antibacterial. Flame-retardant versions are available if required. We attach great importance to the environmental friendliness of our products throughout the entire product life cycle - in production, during use as well as during disposal.

RESOPAL® Compact

RESOPAL® Compact panels with a thickness of ≥ 2.0 mm are decorative high-pressure laminate panels (HPL) manufactured in accordance with EN 438-4 and are intended for indoor use.

RESOPAL® Compact panels can be produced as a PEFC or FSC certified product upon request. Plus, all paper used (core paper and decorative paper) comes from controlled sources and meets the requirements of EUTR Act (EU) No. 995/2010.

RESOPAL® Compact panels that are less than 3 mm thick can be bonded to substrates. Thicker RESOPAL® Compact panels (over 5 mm) are extremely dimensionally stable and therefore self-supporting. Due to the high modulus of elasticity, the material also offers the advantage of high flexural rigidity. 

In addition to the decorative and resistant surface, RESOPAL® Compact panels are characterised by their uniform, closed edge (narrow surface). In general, RESOPAL® Compact panels do not require special edge protection such as coating or painting. If the edge is to remain visible, there are a number of design options, as it can be machined.

RESOPAL Compact is available in Euroclasses D and B in accordance with EN 13501-1.
